Circuits Studio Classes -Ages 9-13

 9:00-10:00a.m April 20, 27, May 4 & 11

 

Experiment with Electricity & Circuits, with an artistic twist!

In this 4 week session, taught by an Ontario certified teacher, participants will be exploring and creating with low voltage electricity! They will have the opportunity to experiment and create STEM projects that include building circuits that control LED lights, and creating a circuit game. Participants will complete several small projects, but better yet, will finish off with the skills and knowledge to keep creating and making on their own!

Cost is $56 plus $10 material fee (Material fee is paid directly to the teacher at the first class)

Animation Adventure Classes -Ages 9-13

10:00-11:00a.m. April 20, 27, May 4 & 11  

 

Create and explore cartooning and animation techniques!

In this four week session, taught by an Ontario certified teacher, children will be exploring

the art of cartooning. Participants will investigate the genre of cartooning, create their

very own characters, and use them to create a story or animated book. They will complete

several small projects, but better yet, will finish off with the skills and knowledge to keep

creating & making on their own!

 

 

Cost is $56 plus $10 material fee (Material fee is paid directly to the teacher at the first class)

Needles & Threads Classes - Ages 9-13

11:00-12:00a.m. April 20, 27, May 4 & 11 

 

Learn how to sew and create using different stitches and hand sewing techniques!

In this four week session, taught by an Ontario certified teacher, participants will learn everything from threading a needle to tying and untying knots. They will have time to learn some basic embroidery stitches, and learn how to bring their stitching ideas to life. Participants will complete several small projects, but better yet, will finish off with the skills and knowledge to keep creating & making on their own!

 

Cost is $56 plus $10 material fee (Material fee is paid directly to the teacher at the first class)
