Membership enrolment for the 2026-2027 year is now available!  

 

Please complete the online enrolment form using the link below. When you have completed the form, press the “Submit” button to have the form submitted electronically. Following your form submission, please be sure to submit your payment within 24 hours.

Note: You do not need to print the online form. If you wish to have a copy of what you will submit, please note the small button beside “Send me a copy of my responses”  and toggle it on (orange colour).  Please do not print the form as it is not formatted for direct printing. Paper enrollment forms are also available at the Guild building.​

Costs:

• Annual membership fee is $50.00. 

• Family memberships (same address) are available for $75.00.

Payment:

• Payment may be made by e-Transfer or by cheque

• To pay by e-transfer: 

  • In the Security Question space type in “What is this for”. 

  • The Security Answer/Password answer must be:  Membership2026. 

  • In the Message/Notes box please type in your first and last name. 

  • Email for e-transfers is:  markhamguildtreasurer@gmail.com

• To pay by cheque:

  • Make payable to: Markham Guild of Village Crafts (no initials or abbreviations, please)

  • Mail or bring to Guild
